3. Enquiries and proposals
An enquiry, quote request or discussion does not create a contract or guarantee availability. Online form delivery is not active in this Release Candidate. Direct enquiries may be sent to info@enclib.com.
4. Client responsibilities
For an agreed engagement, the client is responsible for providing accurate requirements, lawful materials, timely decisions, required access and any approvals stated in the applicable agreement. Neither party should rely on a website description as a substitute for the agreed scope.
5. Fees, payment, changes and cancellation
No standard fee, payment schedule, refund right or cancellation period is stated on this website. These matters will be governed by the applicable proposal, invoice or written agreement. ENCLIB will not infer commercial terms that have not been agreed.
6. Intellectual property and third-party services
Ownership and permitted use of project materials are determined by the applicable written agreement. ENCLIB and its licensors retain rights in the website, brand assets and pre-existing materials. Third-party platforms may have their own terms and availability, and their use in a client engagement must be agreed where relevant.
7. Website information and liability
ENCLIB aims to keep website information accurate but does not guarantee that all content will always be complete, uninterrupted or error-free. Concept portfolio items are illustrative capability concepts and are not claims of completed client work. To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility for a paid engagement will be determined by its written agreement.
8. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. ENCLIB may update these Terms when the website, services or applicable requirements change. A revised effective date will be displayed when an approved update is published.
